The Kobus Magnolia is native to Japan and typically reaches heights of 20-30’. This showy flowering tree is not generally very tolerant of soil extremes and prefers rich, well-drained loam, a pH of 5.6-7.5 and a location that receives full to partial sun. The Kobus Magnolia is one the the earliest species of Magnolia to bloom, beginning in March.

Sold as a bare root plant, 10-14" plus roots.
