Blue Mistflower. Conoclinium coelestinum. USDA zones 5-10.

These are sold as plugs from a 32 count plug tray. They all fill out the plug nicely, and have well-developed roots. Native to PA and much of the eastern US. Ready to ship for Fall, they can be planted to settle in and be growing more first thing in the spring. Or, we can ship them by UPS to you in the spring.
